The only mod support for Windows 10 Edition is Behaviourpacks and whatever from the marketplace (resource packs, skins, worlds, etc.) not Forge mods, shaders or anything of that kind on Curseforge. If you mean to get mods and shaders on Windows 10 Edition (the one you get from the Microsoft Store) then that's impossible.
